All structural layouts, digital blueprints, conceptual photography, and unique jewelry assets displayed on this site remain the strict property of Nawa Yugh. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized metal replication is entirely prohibited under international creator legislation.

2. Commission & Precision Sizing Contracts

Because our wedding bands, metal structures, and fine jewelry collections are produced using exact dimensions requested on ordering, they cannot easily be resized or reverted. Commission forms and production sign-offs constitute binding, final execution templates.

Notice: Ensure that sizing metrics have been verified in our official studio or by standard physical gauges prior to authorizing your order checkout. Modifications post-casting will incur premium overhaul fees.

Creators retain raw design authorship. Nawa Yugh holds exclusive perpetual rights to manufacture, physicalize, and catalog the selected designs.

Selection Matrix

Designs are voted quarterly via telemetry. Selected blueprints will proceed to small-batch industrial casting inside our legal laboratory partners.

Wallet & Royalties

Earn accrued royalties based on physical order conversions. Digital wallet balances can be paid out once the ledger hits the ₹500 threshold.

REGULATORY TAX NOTICE

All royalty earnings on community-voted design files and physical merchandise conversions are subject to jurisdictional withholding taxes (TDS) prior to payout processing.
