- License Grant: If you post comments, submit articles, reviews, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Nawa Yugh a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content across our platforms.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and guarantee that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
- Right to Moderate: We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.
5. Third-Party Links & Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided solely for your convenience. We do not endorse, manage, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or business practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external links is strictly at your own risk.
6. Products, Prices, and Orders
- Made-to-Order Nature: All t-shirts and apparel sold on Nawa Yugh are custom-printed on demand (POD) featuring regional dialogue artwork and typography. Because production begins immediately upon payment authorization, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.
- Product Representations: We strive to display fabric colors, print positioning, and typography as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen calibration, monitor settings, and direct-to-garment (DTG) or screen printing variables.
- Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted at checkout.
- Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
7. Payment, Delivery, and Returns
Payment Terms: Orders must be prepaid through our integrated, secure payment gateways (supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and digital wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) may be restricted or disabled for custom-printed apparel.
Production & Fulfillment:
- Production requires 2 to 5 business days.
- Domestic transit requires an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery pincode.
Returns & Replacements:
- Strict No Change of Mind Policy: Because each product is uniquely printed upon receipt of your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect design choices, or ordering the wrong size. Please consult our sizing charts before placing an order.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives with manufacturing defects, significant print misalignments, or transit damage, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Eligible claims will receive a free replacement or store refund.
8. Intellectual Property and Creator Lab
- Nawa Yugh Brand IP: The Nawa Yugh name, brand marks, website layouts, software scripts, and proprietary typography are the intellectual property of our partnership firm.
- Regional Dialogue & Fair Use: Designs inspired by colloquial cultural phrases, regional proverbs, and vernacular pop-culture dialogues are created as transformative artistic impressions. We respect legal intellectual property rights and prohibit trademark or direct copyright piracy.
- Creator Lab Submissions: Creators who submit artwork or regional phrases retain underlying copyright ownership but grant Nawa Yugh a commercial license to produce, market, and sell goods bearing their design. Full terms are outlined in the Creator Lab Terms below.
9. Disclaimers & Warranties
- “As-Is” Basis: The Services and all content provided on Nawa Yugh are delivered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nawa Yugh, its founders, directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury—arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nawa Yugh, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to upload malicious code, scrape data via automated tools, submit defamatory or infringing artwork, or tamper with our checkout or wallet systems.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nawa Yugh, its partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site access, product usage, or shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
- Maximum Liability Cap: In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited strictly to the total purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Shipping, Replacement & Returns
At Nawa Yugh, every piece of apparel is made-to-order using high-definition direct-to-garment (DTG) print technology. Because each t-shirt is custom-manufactured specifically for you upon purchase, our operations follow strict fulfillment and inspection protocols. Please review our shipping schedules, packaging expectations, and return requirements before placing an order.
1. Production Timelines & Domestic Shipping
- Print-on-Demand (POD) Production:
Because we do not maintain pre-printed mass warehouse inventory, production takes 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) to print, cure, quality-check, and package your t-shirt.
- Transit & Delivery:
Once handed over to our national courier partners, shipping transit takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery pincode (metro deliveries are typically faster; regional and rural zones may require the full delivery window).
- Order Tracking:
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link and airway bill (AWB) number via SMS and email.
- Tamper-Evident Stealth Packaging:
Your t-shirt is shipped in sealed, tamper-evident protective poly courier mailers. If you notice that the outer courier flyer has been torn, cut, retaped, or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept it, or ensure the delivery agent records “Damaged/Tampered Packaging Received” on the proof of delivery sheet before signing.
2. Color Calibration & Sizing Disclaimers
- CMYK Color Variance (Screen vs. Fabric):
- Apparel designs displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors rely on backlit RGB color profiles. Textile printers utilize specialized CMYK textile pigment inks blended onto natural fabric fibers. As a result:
- A natural color variation of approximately 10% to 15% in saturation, brightness, and tone between your digital screen and the printed physical garment is normal and industry-standard.
- Slight color variance is an inherent part of digital textile printing and does not qualify as a print defect.
- Sizing Discrepancies:
- Please consult our Sizing Chart on each product page prior to ordering. In accordance with textile manufacturing tolerances, a variation of $+/- 0.5$ to $0.75$ inches in garment width or length falls within standard production limits and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Strict "No Change of Mind" Policy
Because each garment is printed exclusively upon receipt of your order:
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer change of mind, personal dislike of the dialogue print, or ordering the wrong size/color.
- Once an order enters printing production, it cannot be recalled, altered, or refunded.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for genuine manufacturing flaws, tears, incorrect items shipped, or significant print errors, subject to the conditions below.
Mandatory Reporting Window:
- Initial Notification: You must report any damage, print misplacement, or defective garment within 5 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 5 days cannot be processed by our fulfillment facility.
- Maximum Claim Expiration: No claims for replacement or refund will be entertained after 7 calendar days from the official delivery date.
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT:
To qualify for an inspection, free replacement, or refund for defective or damaged goods, you MUST provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video.
Your unboxing video must clearly display:
- The unopened, sealed courier flyer showing all four sides before cutting or tearing it open.
- The shipping label and barcode/AWB number visible and legible on camera.
- The actual opening of the package and immediate extraction of the garment.
- A close-up focus on the specific defect, misprint, tear, or measurement tag.
Important Notice:
- If the package was cut or damaged during unboxing using scissors, blades, or sharp instruments, replacement or refund claims will be rejected.
- If you fail or refuse to provide an unboxing video, our fulfillment hub cannot verify the origin of damage, and Nawa Yugh will not be liable for replacements, reverse pickups, or refunds.
6. How Reverse Pickups & Replacements Work
- Submit Your Request: Email support@nawayugh.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Include:
- Your Order ID
- Unedited Unboxing Video
- High-resolution photos of the defect, garment size tag, and outer shipping flyer
- Review & Approval: Our quality assessment team reviews the footage within 48 business hours.
- Reverse Pickup Process:
- Once approved, a reverse courier pickup will be scheduled from your original delivery address.
- Processing Time: Reverse transit, regional intake, and fulfillment hub inspection take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
- Resolution:
- Replacement: Upon verification of the defect at our hub, a fresh piece will be queued for immediate reprint and dispatched at zero extra cost to you.
- Refund: If the product or size is out of stock, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following hub inspection.
7. Undelivered Parcels & Return to Origin (RTO)
- If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or repeated refusal at doorstep, the parcel will be held at our fulfillment hub for a maximum of 100 calendar days.
- To re-ship an RTO parcel, the customer must provide an updated, verified address and pay the applicable re-shipping courier fee.
- Unclaimed parcels held beyond 100 days are automatically liquidated or donated, and no refunds will be issued.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Our structured pipeline facilitates standard custom designs, rendering approvals, and secure ledger deposits to protect client-creator equity.
1. Choose Your Piece
- Browse our collections of regional dialogue prints and typography t-shirts.
- Select your preferred color, fit, and size. Review the exact measurements on our Size Chart before confirming, as all apparel is custom-printed upon ordering and cannot be exchanged for sizing errors.
2. Review and Checkout
- Add your chosen apparel to the cart and proceed to Checkout.
- Provide your complete, accurate delivery address (including Landmark and 6-digit Indian Postal PIN code) and active mobile phone number for logistics tracking.
- Select your preferred secure online payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) and complete the transaction.
3. Confirmation and Support
- You will immediately receive an Order Confirmation via email and SMS with your unique Order ID.
- Our team initiates printing within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, tracking details will be dispatched to your phone and inbox.

CREATOR LAB TERMS
The Creator Lab allows independent artists, designers, and wordsmiths to submit original regional dialogue artwork and earn monetary royalties on merchandise printed by Nawa Yugh.
1. What You May Submit
- Original Expressions: High-resolution graphic designs, regional typography, and authentic vernacular cultural dialogues created solely by you.
- Prohibited Artwork: You may not submit:
- Copyrighted characters, movie stills, trademarked logos, or brand identities owned by third parties.
- Explicit hate speech, communal slurs, sexually explicit content, or material inciting violence.
- Direct vector copies or plagiarized works from other creators or stock repositories.
2. Permissions and Ownership
- Original Expressions: High-resolution graphic designs, regional typography, and authentic vernacular cultural dialogues created solely by you.
- Prohibited Artwork: You may not submit:
- Copyrighted characters, movie stills, trademarked logos, or brand identities owned by third parties.
- Explicit hate speech, communal slurs, sexually explicit content, or material inciting violence.
- Direct vector copies or plagiarized works from other creators or stock repositories.
3. Review, Royalty Wallet, and Payout Policy
To ensure fair accounting and reduce dispute risks from return/defect periods, royalties operate through the Nawa Yugh Creator Wallet System:
- Royalty Structure:
- Creators earn a fixed royalty margin or agreed percentage per net completed sale (e.g., standard ₹50–₹100 per t-shirt sold, or a 5% net sale rate as agreed in your dashboard).
- Net sales exclude customer cancellations, failed deliveries, or orders returned within the 7-day defective return window.
- The Creator Wallet:
- Royalties are credited to your virtual Creator Wallet in a “Pending” status upon shipment.
- After the 7-calendar-day return window has elapsed, pending earnings transition to “Available Balance.”
- Payouts and Withdrawals:
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Creators can request a bank transfer once their Available Balance reaches a minimum of ₹500.
- Payout Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed on a designated monthly cycle (e.g., by the 10th of every calendar month) via Direct UPI or NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer.
- Tax Compliance (TDS): Payouts are subject to applicable Indian Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194J/194H of the Income Tax Act, where applicable. Creators must provide a valid PAN card and verified bank account details prior to their first payout.
- Right to Delist: Nawa Yugh reserves the right to unpublish any design, freeze associated pending wallet balances, or terminate creator partnerships if intellectual property infringement or fraudulent transaction activity is established.
